How long does delivery take?
Personalised orders are normally dispatched within 3–5 working days, non-personalised orders within 2–3 working days. Free UK delivery on all orders over £60. As everything is handcrafted in small batches, we occasionally need a little extra time — but it's always worth the wait.

Are Petiotes products machine washable?
Most of our fabric products are — picnic blankets, wash bags, cushions and bags are all machine washable at 30°C. One small note: avoid ironing directly onto any personalised areas to keep them looking their best.
