How do I order a personalised Petiotes product?
Simply select your product, choose your name or initials, and we'll take care of the rest. For our fabric products — picnic blankets, wash bags, cushions and bags — we use heat-transfer personalisation: your name or initials become part of the fabric itself, not a label or a sticker. For our glass Christmas baubles, we use a specialist cut-out technique to personalise each one by hand in our London studio. Every personalised piece is made to order — just for you.
How long does delivery take?
Personalised orders are normally dispatched within 3–5 working days, non-personalised orders within 2–3 working days. Free UK delivery on all orders over £60. As everything is handcrafted in small batches, we occasionally need a little extra time — but it's always worth the wait.
Can I send a Petiotes product as a gift?
Absolutely — just add a note at checkout and we'll do our best to present your order beautifully. Our products make truly thoughtful gifts for baby showers, birthdays, weddings and Christmas.
Are Petiotes products machine washable?
Most of our fabric products are — picnic blankets, wash bags, cushions and bags are all machine washable at 30°C. One small note: avoid ironing directly onto any personalised areas to keep them looking their best.
