How do I personalise my cushion?
Choose your favourite design and select your cushion cover and lettering colours. On the product page, enter your chosen name, initials, or text in the personalisation field before adding to your basket, and our London studio will hand-finish your piece to order.
What size are the cushions?
Our rectangular name cushions are available in two formats: a compact 40x30cm size (ideal for cots and nursery armchairs) and an elongated 50x30cm lumbar size (perfect for toddler and single beds). Our square motif cushions measure approximately 40x40cm. Every cushion arrives with its plump filler included.
Are the cushions machine washable?
Yes. All our cushion covers are fully machine washable at 30°C. We recommend washing inside out on a gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry, and iron lightly on the reverse side only (never iron directly over the personalised lettering or motif).
How long does it take to receive my cushion?
Our usual studio processing time is 4 to 5 working days before dispatch. If you require your cushion for a specific celebration or urgent birth arrival, please reach out to us prior to ordering and we will do our best to assist.
Can I send a cushion directly as a gift?
Yes. Personalised cushions are among our most cherished gifts for baby showers, christenings, birthdays, and Christmas. We can include a handwritten gift note and prepare bespoke gift wrapping upon request.
