How do I personalise my cushion?
Simply enter your name, initials or chosen text in the box above before adding to your basket. If you would like a specific date, city or message, add the details in the personalisation field and we will take care of the rest.
What size are the cushions?
Our rectangular name cushions measure approximately 50x30cm or 40x30cm. Our square motif cushions measure approximately 45x45cm. All cushions come with a fibre cushion filler included.
Are the cushions machine washable?
Yes. All our cushions are machine washable at 30°C. We recommend washing inside out on a delicate programme. Do not tumble dryer. Do not iron directly on the personalised motif.
How long does it take to receive my cushion?
Our usual processing time is 4 to 5 working days. If you need your cushion sooner, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to help.
Can I order a cushion as a gift?
Absolutely. Our personalised cushions are one of our most popular gift choices for birthdays, new babies, christenings and Christmas. If you would like to include a handwritten gift note or gift wrapping, simply mention it in your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
